 What is Ramadan?

Ramadan is a very important time in the Islamic calendar, and Muslims all over the world will be preparing to take part.

This year's Ramadan will be a bit different, as the coronavirus outbreak means that many people will not be able to visit friends and family, or their local mosque.

The Technocamps Programme – a pan-Wales schools, community, and industry outreach programme led by the Computer Science Department at Swansea University with hubs in every University across Wales – will be offering a variety of virtual, interactive and thought-provoking activities for Year 13 students to get involved with as part of the Bridge to University project.

Did you know that over a hundred people each year study for a higher education (HE) qualification with us?

We understand that many of our students, staff and parents may have some concerns about the current situation re: the coronavirus outbreak.

The health, wellbeing and safety of our College community is of the highest importance and will be put above all considerations. To ensure this, we have a working group that meets regularly to ensure we have the most up-to-date information to hand, and which will take appropriate action if and when required.

Due to staff team meetings, lessons will not start until 9.30am on Friday 13 March 2020
